Pillion Passengers
Pillion passengers are vulnerable and often suffer more serious injuries then the rider of the bike.
They normally know the rider and may be reluctant to bring a claim. However, you are likely to be an innocent party and therefore within your rights to bring a claim. If you did bring a claim and the rider of the motorcycle you were on was responsible for the accident he would not personally pay for your claim but his insurers would. If the accident was caused by another vehicle then a claim would be pursued against them and not necessarily the rider of the motorcycle on which you were on.
