WBW Solicitors donate to Devon Air Ambulance

WBW Solicitors have donated £380 to the Devon Air Ambulance Trust. The cheque was presented to Peter Mason, a volunteer from Devon Air Ambulance by Rebecca Osborne of WBW Solicitors on Friday 23^rd January 2009.

The money was raised by the staff of WBW Solicitors who nominated Devon Air Ambulance as their preferred charity for 2008 & 2009.

Heather Stanbury, marketing manager for WBW Solicitors says 'We are so pleased to be able to donate the money to a local charity especially one that saves so many lives'.

Caroline Creer, Director of Fundraising for the Devon Air Ambulance Trust said ‘We would like to thank the staff of WBW Solicitors for choosing to support the charity.’

She added ‘It is only through the fantastic support of businesses like WBW and their staff that the service is able to maintain the two emergency helicopters flying in the county. If your company or work place has a charity of the year please consider supporting us.’
