Richard Blair qualifies for Clinical Negligence panel.
WBW Solicitors are pleased to announce that partner Richard Blair has been accepted on to the SRA's (Solicitors Regulation Authority) Clinical Negligence panel. The scheme is designed for those who represent victims and requires Solicitors and Legal Executives to demonstrate their competence against the established standards set by the SRA.
Richard Blair joined WBW Solicitors in 2000 and has undertaken claims arising from birthing problems, acted for Claimants in cases concerned with gynaecology, orthopaedic issues, breast cancer misdiagnosis, other cancer-related problems, accident and emergency complications and complex colorectal-related cases.
