Locals Solicitor settles two serious motorbike accidents
Victims of local motorcycle accidents have received substantial settlements in relation to injuries. The victims were both in classic motorcycle accidents where a car pulled out of a junction into the oncoming path of the motorcyclist.
The first accident occurred in May 2004 on the A38 near the junction with Haldon café. This is a notorious black spot and since the accident the road layout has changed. The victim suffered serious leg fractures and had to be airlifted to hospital.
