How Long Will The Case Take?
When you first instruct WBW the initial stages are, taking a statement from you, applying for legal aid (if it is available) and obtaining records. This can take up to 6 months .
If the Defendants are not willing to negotiate a settlement then proceedings will be issued at an early stage and it would be hoped that full particulars of your claim will be disclosed within 6 months .
Full disclosure of documents and further evidence will take place within 9 months , which would include experts evidence and to get to trial or court hearing in approximately 18-24 months .
